I want to show the [IFP] membership that you don’t have to be frightened of cashflow modelling and you don’t have to have extreme tools like Truth.

MoneyScope has been reviewed by AT8 Group and you can read it on their blog.  We are really pleased that Mark took the time to check us out and are very happy with some of his comments:

Every now and then when we see new software tools coming to market that are a little bit different and intriguing. One tool that falls into this category is Moneyscope.

We have certainly set out to be different from the other financial planning tools on the market especially when it comes to usability:

The user interface for this application is big improvement on other such applications. The Moneyscope team hasn’t simply evolved other financial applications they have started from scratch and created a new user experience.

In my opinion this piece of kit is exactly what the profession has needed for ages. Whilst there have been an increasing number of market entrants over the last 3 or 4 years they all seem to insist on providing huge levels of analysis, bells and whistles. There’s no disputing the capabilities of alternatives, however, they deliver a level of analysis that in my experience is extremely time consuming to create and explain to a client. This has resulted in a time commitment that in my experience few clients are truly prepared to pay for.

Like the product, can really see it adding value and saving time for the ‘lighter’ touch cash flow cases. Output is great, easy to explain, easy to enter the data. Big thumbs up from me.

Just had a sneak preview of MoneyScope - it’s looking great and will help many more advisers embrace cashflow modelling.
